Fees
Lawyer fees are governed by various regulations, including the Federal Law on the Free Movement of Lawyers (LLCA),
the Geneva Law on the Legal Profession (LPAv), the Swiss Code of Ethics of the FSA, and the customs and practices of the Geneva Bar
Association.
Fees are determined based on the time spent executing the mandate, the complexity and significance of the case, the
interests at stake, the execution deadline, the result obtained, the client's situation, and the lawyer's experience (Art. 34 LPAv).
The hourly rate applied by the firm varies according to these criteria and the professionals involved, ranging from CHF 350 to CHF 650
(excluding taxes).
Flat fees or a contingency-based participation in the outcome of a case may be discussed.
Expenses are billed separately based on actual costs.
